Dapadois Beast of Scorshary

The Dapadois Beast of Scorshary lives on the planet Doramus-J18;8519 that is largely consisted of  desert and forest biomes and islands. 

TEETH
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Its 'teeth' are not really used for chewing but more for killing, it will chase its prey, and once close enough, it will jerk its head and spear the prey, then several thin tongues will creep up from its throat and drag the prey down.
The one odd tooth on the top is a filter, for it scoops up sand and mud from beaches to get tiny, plump, grub-like organisms called shalakri, the mud falls through the net and onto the floor or into its mouth (usually into its mouth, poor guys).  

EYE/ORGANS NEAR EYE

The three tentacles sprouting out of the top of the dapadois's eye sense different wavelengths of light, including ultraviolet and infrared.
The four or so tentacles sprouting from the bottom detect radioactivity, most creatures on Doramus-J18;8519 have these, for there are patches of inhabitable and radioactive zones.
The eye itself can see mostly colors humans can, with the exceptions that green, yellow, and orange, come out as yellow-green,black and white, and orange-red (in that order). 

LUNG

The Dapadois Beast of Scorshary has a single, giant lung around its torso, which intakes air through four vents where it gets filtered in the sack for poisons and such, then large blood vessels suck the healthy air into a mindbogglingly complex respiratory system in which it fully exploits all the air into energy. This is why the Dapadois Beast of Scorshary has an absurd amount of stamina and considered the top predator in many of the parts of Doramus-J18;8519.

HAND(?)

A tentacle-like appendage hides in an orifice inside of its chest rolled up like a snail in a shell. But do not underestimate it, Because within less than a second it can unroll this appendage and wrap it around anything. the sprouts at the top are thermal sensors, they can detect more or less how hot something is, which is an advantage that most organisms on Doramus-J18;8519 do not have, for many plants and plant like organisms produce a very large  amount of heat that they need to help them grow seeds and to get animals not to touch them.

LEGS

It gallops around on these spider like legs, although it may sometimes crawl, it can very easily walk any direction.
